How to make Veg Manchurian Gravy at home

How to make Veg Manchurian Gravy at home in Restaurant style is yet another deliciously spicy and soupy Manchurian variation prepared with vegetables like cabbage, carrot and capsicum.

These little balls of shredded vegetables soaked in a thick sauce bursting with flavors of  ginger, garlic. chili and soya sauce tastes great...!!😍

 Ingredients:

Cabbage ( Grated ) - 2 Cups
Carrot - Half Cup
Onion ( Chopped ) - 1
Spring Onion - 1
Green Chili - 2
Ginger (Chopped ) - 1 tablespoon
Green bell pepper - 1/4 Cup
Red Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup
Maida ( All Purpose flour ) - 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Green chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Red Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
Salt to Taste
Cooking Oil

How to make Veg Manchurian Gravy Recipe

Procedure:

Step 1: Take Grated Cabbage and Spring Onion and Add some Salt which will release moisture from cabbage.

Step 2: Mix well and keep the mixture for 5 mins

Step 3: Now squeeze the mixture and remove water from it.

Step 4: Put Squeezed Mixture in another bowl and add carrots & shimla mix it well

Step 5: Corn flour 1 Cup & 1 cup Maida ( All purpose flour ) with 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp Red chilli and Salt as per taste

Step 6: Mix the mixture well dont use water

Step 7: Grease your hands with oil and Make Manchurian balls

Step 8: Take a pan with oil at medium flame and fry all manchurian

Step 9: Now its time to make Gravy

Step 10: Take pan with 2 tsp of oil at medium flame

Step 11: Add 2 chopped green chilli, 2 inch Ginger And 2 tsp chopped Garlic Mix well

Step 12: Add 1 Chopped Onion, Half chopped colorfull shimla in ti and mix well for 1 mins on high flame

Step 13: Now add 1 tsp Green chilli sauce, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp tamoto ketchup, half tsp Vinegar, 1 tsp dark soya sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, half tsp red chilli powder and salt as per taste and mix it well

Step 14: Take 2 tsp corn flour and mix it in a bowl with 1 tsp water and add it into the pan with 2 tsp water and mix till it boils to thick gravy

Step 15: Now add Manchurian as per thickness of gravy that you want

Step 16: Now once its boil its ready to serve
